What we do

Our business targets two main areas: Media Health Checks and Database Marketing.

The Media Health Check usually takes half a day, rarely more than full a day, and allows a detailed view of the business's current position. From this, and very importantly, strategy and direction are created. All forms of current media are scrutinised and value over cost assessed. Current media rates are analysed and advice given on how best to negotiate in the media world.

A 12-month Action Plan is created, with built-in flexibility allowing a year-long overview. We understand the need to react to market forces so media bookings are made quarterly within the overall strategy. So as to stay on track we recommend quarterly a ½-day Media Workshop which is an opportunity to review the last quarter, plan for the next and to focus on any matters that have arisen or are foreseen.

Database Marketing, put simply, works if a business has records of customers and clients, however documented. This is a database and we can make it work - very, very effectively. We see all too often businesses spending fairly substantial budgets in the pursuit of new customers and very little on communicating with those that already exist. And these are the very customers that competitors are trying to attract. We can work with an existing database or create a new one on your PC.

We can if necessary cleanse data and train staff on how to mail merge. We write promotional copy and arrange design & print. We devise and assist with strategy and planning and when all these elements are brought together collectively a complete database marketing campaign is created.

If only managing your media was simply black and white
